UWC holds firm belief that an organization moves forward effectively on the premise of team effort, therefore it is vital to communicate business priorities transparently and continuously addressing ground level feedbacks.
Through a series of hybrid townhall sessions, our leadership and senior management led by Group CEO Dato Ng Chai Eng personally thanked all employees for their past year’s contribution, meantime shared corporate future directions, industry & market developments, financial briefings and staff engagement initiatives updates. The management also took opportunity listened from the floor and keen to improve overall work experience.
A greater sense of community within will strengthen UWC’s resolve to further grow during times of change. We look forward to have the whole UWC family join us embark on the exciting journey ahead.
