Job Description

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Job Description

  • Reporting to Production Manager and Asst. Manufacturing Manager.
  • Supervise and review manufacturing operation to maximize and productive use of manpower, process and equipment. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials, improve OEE to maximize production process.
  • To assist Production Section Head or Production Manager in design, develop & deploy safe, efficient & sustainable manufacturing systems in supporting factory’s goal.
  • To assist Production Section Head or Production Manager in refine or revise standard operating procedures (S.O.P), Response Flow Chart (RFC) upon request or when encounter there is any deviations related to operation flows must be corrected.

CNC MACHINIST (II)

Job Description

  • This position will report to the Cell Leader /CNC Machinist Level (III)
  • Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control
  • (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment.
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously, determine the need for, and make tool changes.
  • Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded.
  • Consistently achieve defined productivity levels on all products processed and to run product independently.
  • Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintains specification by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Document results & track SPC on repetitive operations.
  • Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Assist and train other machinist and operators.
  • Must keep workstation and equipment clean & maintenance up to date.
  • Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by immediate superior and above

Qualifications

  • Minimum working experience more the 3 years
  • Must have experience with tolerance.
  • Must able understand with G- codes, M- codes, turning or milling.
  • Able to do machine setting & troubleshoot
  • Basic Machining Certification from an accredited trade college or Vocational school equivalent.

CNC MACHINIST (I)

Job Description

  • This position will report to the Cell Leader /CNC Machinist (III)
  • Perform basic set-up on mills or turning operation.
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously, determine the need for, and make tool changes.
  • Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded.
  • Consistently achieve defined productivity levels on all products processed and to run product independently.
  • Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometres, calliper and ext.
  • Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated and cooled.
  • Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Must keep workstation and equipment clean & maintenance up to date.
  • Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by immediate superior and above

Qualifications

  • Basic hand tools and mechanical knowledge.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Description

  • Assisting in the setup of machine and material preparation base upon the process drawing and material picking list.
  • Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.
  • Take full accountability to reduce the material wastage, machine setup time and run time.
  • Support TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reduce machine down time.
  • Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) duties and policies.
  • Take full accountability to assure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by the supervisor.
  • Take full accountability to assure the work place meet the 5’s housekeeping standard.
  • Take full accountability to perform the daily production report.
  • Perform overtime work when requested by supervisor.
  • Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger other or company properties.
  • Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by department head.
  • Provide training to technician 1 and accountable for the manufacturing technical activities.
  • Accountable for TPM program and responsible for improving the equipment effectiveness.

Requirements

Job Description

  • Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor
  • To perform daily Inspection visual or using QA Equipment-Caliper, CMM, Laser-Scan etc activities assigned by immediate superior.
  •  To input all inspection data into inspection checksheet and get approval from the supervisor.
  •  Report to Supervisor and relevant parties for non-conformity detected.
  • Ensure measuring tools and equipment used are calibrated & safekeeping.
  • To keep and maintain inspection records in the proper manner and tidy all the time.
  • Liaise with Production for quick turnaround of work in progress for clearance.
  • Daily update on Daily QA Report.

STORE ASSISTANT

Job Description

LORRY DRIVER

Job Description

  • Able to drive all type of lorry
  • Report to the Marketing Manager
  • Responsibilities involve delivery and pick-up, reporting, operations, service, safety and maintenance and other duties assigned by management

  • Responsible for proper loading and securing of freight to prevent movement and allow safe transport
