UWC 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully conducted! Thanks to all shareholders that attended this meeting where we have an opportunity to share the UWC’s performance over the past year and our future strategic plan by our DCEO, Dr.Matin Ng.

The AGM meeting was lead by Chairman of the board, Dato’ Wan Hashim bin Wan Jusoh together with Group of CEO, Dato’ Ng Chai Eng, Group of COO, Mr Lau Chee Kheong, Group of DCEO, Dr. Matin Ng, our Independent Non-Executive Directors, Dato’ F’ng Meow Cheng and Dato’ Lio Chee Yeong, and Company Secretary, Ms. Ong.
