Throughout UWC Quality Week, employees across departments participated in interactive activities designed to reinforce quality awareness, standards, and best practices.

From engaging QA booths and quality quizzes to knowledge-sharing sessions and reward redemption, the initiative created opportunities for employees to learn, participate, and reflect on the importance of quality in daily operations.

These activities encouraged employees to think critically, ask questions, and take ownership of quality in their respective roles, turning awareness into action.
