Dr. Ng Chin Liang serves as an Alternate Director to Dato’ Ng Chai Eng and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, with a notable educational background marked by a BA (First Class Honours) in Accounting and Finance and an MSc (Distinction) in Accounting and Finance, both from the University of Exeter, UK. Since his initial appointment to the board on 15 November 2019, Dr. Ng has garnered diverse experience in the finance sector, starting his career as an Audit Associate at Deloitte PLT in Penang. His subsequent roles as Assistant Finance Manager at UWC Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications at UWC Berhad showcase his growth and versatility in the corporate world.
