Job Description

  • Reports to the Operations Manager.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

  • Report to Warehouse Section Head/Warehouse Assistant Manager.
  • Supervise a team to achieve and maintain the highest inventory accuracy.
  • Perform inventory discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Ensure subordinates follow SOP when discharging their duties.
  • Ensure inventory integrity, such as, transaction, disposition, maintenance, traceability and security are intact.
  • Brief, train, coach and motivate subordinates daily targets.
  • Participate in day-to-day store operation activities, such as, receiving, storage, picking, kitting, issuing
    and shipment.
  • Involve in daily housekeeping and 5S in store and vicinity area.
  • Ensure goods are pick and release on time to shop floor and shipped on time to customer.
  • Plan and coordinate OT arrangement when necessary.
  • Support plan and unplan OT when requested.
  • Upkeep ancillaries and machine, such as, pallet jack, forklift and reach truck in good condition.
  • Comply to safety rules & regulation and make sure subordinates comply when discharging their duty.
  • Attend to store day-to-day issues and follow up till it is close.
  • Identify opportunity for improvement, get approval, plan and execute.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with SPM credit in Mathematic.
  • Preferably with a few experiences in similar field but fresh graduate will be considered. Able to write and speak good English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good in MS office: Excel and Words. Knowledge of warehouse documentation and term are preferable.
  • Able to drive forklift will be advantage.

WELDER (MANUFACTURING)

Job Description

  • Assisting in the setup of machine and material preparation base upon the process drawing
    and material picking list.
  • Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.
  • Take full accountability to reduce the material wastage, machine setup time and run time.
  • Support TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reduce machine down time.
  • Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) duties and policies.
  • Take full accountability to assure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by the supervisor.
  • Take full accountability to assure the work place meet the 5’s housekeeping standard.
  • Take full accountability to perform the daily production report.
  • Perform overtime work when requested by supervisor.
  • Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger other or company properties.
  • Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by department head.

Qualifications

  • CERTIFICATE or DIPLOMA. Fresh candidate or less than 1 year
    working experience. Having basic knowledge in TIG/MIG/FCAW/
    WELDING.

WELDING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

  • Require to lead a team of production operators to meet quality, optimum cost, delivery (QCD) and responsiveness requirements.
  • Ensure operators’ discipline, attendance, standard operating procedure compliance and good 5s’ housekeeping practice are being observed and monitored at all times. Any deviations observed must be corrected immediately.
  • Ensure operators are well trained by provide on job training and certified to run assigned operation by understand operator’ workforce capability and appraises their performance.
  • Assist to execute production daily plan schedule to meet shipment plan.
  • Compulsory to involve with technically for any product during NPI (New Product Introduction) / FA (First Article) stage, and work closely with Product/ Process Engineering team to provide feedbacks/findings for any improvement required (process parameter & control/Jig & Fixture/Tooling/Equipment/operator skillset) to ensure smooth transferring of new product until mass production.
  • Initiates and work with internal technical team (Product/ Process/ Manufacturing Engineering, & QA) to participates in troubleshooting operational problems and provide recommendations/solutions to minimize production’ rejection rate and production disruptions.
  • Involve in process improvement and cost savings activities. Initiative feedback on high rejection rate/ long cycle time items and work with Product/ Process Engineering team to seek for permanent solutions.
  • Take prompt actions in response to MRR, NCR, 8D or any quality problems detected by customer, QA and others internal department, including disposition of rejection, purging activity, and containment actions as well as assist operators to improve routine process & quality problem.
  • Plan on resource and capacity to determine working shifts and overtime arrangement, when necessary, with also ensure productivity output meet as per target planned.
  • To provide training, retraining, certification & re- certification on processes, documentation & equipment operation to all operators at manufacturing/operation. Training program will include theory & practical training observations of actual work being done followed by Theory & Practical Test.”
  • Carry any other tasks assigned by Production Section Head, Asst. Manufacturing Manager and Production Manager.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Welding/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Manufacturing System Engineering.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in welding process, related to MIG/ TIG/ FLUXCORE/ ROBOTIC welding.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication work field, having knowledge of robotic welding and jig and fixtures fabrication will be advantageous added.
  • Required skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership skills, Good Written and Oral Communication skills.

WIREMAN

Job Description

  • Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices.
  • Installs, maintains equipment, electrical motors, power circuit breakers, voltage regulators and other electrical equipment.
  • Installs and repair conduit and wiring in and around substations, powerhouses and other installations.
  • Installs, inspects and repairs security systems, control systems hoisting equipment, spill gates, intake gates, overhead cranes.
  • Operates and maintains specialized mobile equipment.
  • Instructs and monitors the work of Electrical Helpers and Apprentice.

Qualifications

  • 2 years Electrical, Technical or related certificate.
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
