Dimensional Measurement & Geometric Control
Our metrology facilities include coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), bridge-type CMMs, portable measuring arms, and vision-based measurement systems to support accurate verification of complex geometries, tight tolerances, and multi-feature components. These systems enable precise measurement of length, position, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, and profile characteristics.
Surface & Form Measurement
Surface quality is verified using contact and non-contact surface roughness measurement systems, surface texture and contour measurement equipment, and roundness and cylindrical profile analyzers. These capabilities ensure controlled surface finishes and form accuracy for precision-machined and functional components.
Optical & Vision Inspection
Optical viewers, profile projectors, microscopes, AOI systems, and multisensor measurement platforms are used for detailed visual inspection, edge definition, contour validation, and feature verification, supporting both dimensional and cosmetic quality requirements.
Mechanical, Functional & Integrity Testing
Mechanical and functional validation is supported by pull-push testers, impact testers, tensile strength testers, and rotational test equipment. Leak integrity is verified through helium leak detection, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing where applicable, ensuring reliability of fluid and gas-related components.
Gauge & Hand Measurement
A full range of calibrated gauges and instruments including pin gauges, thread gauges, block gauges, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges supports in-process inspection and final verification.
Through structured inspection processes, calibrated equipment, and controlled measurement systems, our quality and metrology capabilities provide reliable verification, traceability, and confidence across all manufacturing stages.
